2. Machine bed and worktable is made by high-quality iron casting.to release the shock during machine running, this machine adopts an independent form of machine bed and worktable.
3. The sliding table of gantry structure is also made by high-quality iron casting
4. Several T type bars are mounted on the worktable of high-quality iron casting, on which the tube sheet can be placed and pressed with a pressing board.This high-speed drilling machine is used for drilling, tapping, milling on flange, heat changer, and tube sheet.

6. The Y-axis moving of vertical drilling unit is guided by two linear guides and driven by AC servo and ball screw, to ensure the high precision of work
7. For the drilling unit, it's vertical slide table and ram are made of high-quality casting iron. The drilling head adopts a special servo motor for the spindle to drive the spindle through a synchronous belt. The torque is 1-2.5, and the low-speed torque is large. It can not only bear heavy cutting loads but also be suitable for high-speed machining of cemented carbide tools. Realize the integration of drilling, tapping, and milling.
