a. High speed feeding carriage with pincher system for fast and accurate angle feeding through the working units.
b. A sensor positioned on the in-feeding rollerway and can exactly detect the bar length and position
c. Special system with V-shaped supports for the automatic loading of the angles onto the infeed idle rolls conveyor

a. The angle lines are equipped with three punching units per flange. in each punches is equipped with an air cylinder. In the piston rod of the air cylinder there is a cushion block which is located between the punching rod and the pressing head of the hydraulic cylinder. According to computer instructions, the punch is automatically selected, that means, the corresponding air cylinder is selected to push the corresponding cushion block to realize the selection of the punches;

b.The marking unit adopt linear 4 stations (15characters for every station)sliding model, and 4 Stations are selected with the servo motor. By the way manual adjustment mechanism is added, so that easy to change the position of the character's head to adapt to the typing position of different specifications of angle steel.

The shear unit
The shearing unit is composed of a frame-type body, a shearing cylinder, an upper knife mechanism, and a lower knife mechanism. The lower knife mechanism can adjust the gap according to the thickness of the angle steel to ensure the cutting quality.
The hydraulic system consists of oil tank, high pressure and low pressure pump group, cooler, main valve group and other control valve groups. It is used to provide working power to each oil cylinder of the machine.
