1.The AWT series Machine is suitable for one-time prooessing of drilling,light milling and tapping of various molds and flanges.U-dill can be used for high-speed processing.

2.CNC Flange Drilling Machine - Built with a fixed bed worktable and movable CNC flange drilling machine structure, featuring HT250 cast components (bed, column, gantry) for rigidity. Three CNC servo-driven axes (X/Y/Z) with heavy-duty linear guides and ball screws ensure ±0.1mm precision. Equipped with a BT50 spindle for drill/milling tools, pneumatic quick tool change, and stepless speed control.

3.Integrated KND CNC system with USB/RS232 interfaces, Chinese interface, and digital handwheel for easy programming. Includes water-cooled spindle, coolant circulation, oil lubrication, and auto-alarms (low coolant, tool wear). Imported linear guides/servo motors guarantee reliability. Ideal for high-speed drilling/milling of flanges, pipes, and valves.
