AWT2525 Metal Sheet CNC Drilling Tapping Machine

Gantry Beam

The gantry beam is cast and processed as a whole, with two rolling linear guides installed on the front side of the gantry and one super high load-bearing linear guide on the upper side. A set of precision ball screw pairs and a servo motor are used to move the power head slider in the Y-axis direction, and drilling power heads are installed on the power head slider.

Transmission device

Adopting high-precision design of Taiwan imported guide rails and sliders, it runs smoothly and effectively improves heavy load capacity.

Automatic lubrication:

This machine tool is equipped with an original volumetric pressure divider automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate various moving pairs such as guide rails, screws, and racks without dead corners, ensuring the service life of the machine tool.

Control system:
